Andrew and Wendy will be hosting a number of events during the week, we have a mission team hitting the streets made up of volunteers from the UK and across Europe, and then the festival itself on Saturday 13 June. Let's ask God to move in Zagreb this coming week! 🔥🔥

8 weeks ago, we were in Zagreb for a powerful prayer and worship evening where 600 of the local Christians joined together, united in faith, and called out to God on behalf of their city. 4 weeks later we returned and led the churches in Evangelism Training.

This coming weekend we fly out there again as a team ahead of Zagreb Fest.

Andrew and Wendy will join us on Monday at the launch of a busy ministry week that will culminate on Saturday with a free family day of children’s entertainment and sports tricks followed by an evening of live music with Andrew sharing the Gospel.

Please pray for us as we work on the finishing touches and for safety as people travel from across Europe and the States. We desperately want to reach people who have never considered Jesus before so please pray that the churches seize this opportunity and invite their friends and families.

This is what friendship evangelism training looks like! Just yesterday over 60 people from the variety of churches and denominations across North Devon together in the evening to pray for their region and be inspired to share their faith with the help of and ahead of Awaken North Devon. It was such a buzz in the room and really excitement for what God is going to do over the coming months in this region. Please pray that everyone who attended has opportunities this week to share the impact that Jesus is having on their lives with our friends and families.

Some of our team are currently on their way home from an incredible few days in Gdańsk, Poland 🇵🇱

We’ve been spending time with church leaders, evangelists, and youth leaders who are full of vision and faith for large-scale evangelistic mission across Poland.

From powerful conversations to shared prayers and dreaming about what God could do through united churches and equipped young leaders, it’s been such an encouraging trip.

There’s a real hunger for the Gospel, and we leave inspired by the people we met and expectant for all that’s ahead.

We had a stunning night last night. Over 300 people from all across North Devon joined together there was so much excitement in the room beautiful worship and so many churches from across the area represented standing in unity. We hold out great hopes for what God is stirring in the hearts of this local community God to pull more up upon it! Bless every congregation as they meet this morning! Thank you to and for all you brought to the evening and your marathon round trips just to be with us. This is just the beginning!

INSIDER VIEW 👀
This weekend we’re in Ilfracombe for a Vision & Prayer Night with local churches ahead of - but this one feels different.
Three of our team actually live here. This is our patch and our home. We always care deeply about the places we serve but usually we can step in and out. Not this time. We’re here every day, hearing the murmurings as word spreads, bumping into people we know and seeing it all up close.
For years the three of us have been praying for this place, its schools and its people, just as you do for your community. Now our work and those prayers are colliding in real life and this is really exciting!
We are seeing the hope building as there is a sense of what God could do through the unity of the church and the power of His Gospel.
I’m not saying that we are more invested in this particular event but we are going to learn so much that will hopefully shape and improve the way we work in every city going forward.
North Devon, we’re expectant. We witnessed it last week in Zagreb - the church coming together with a new dedication to unity - Christians crying out to God with a renewed passion - Let’s see what God does here!

We are just returning from a fantastic couple of days in Zagreb. Last night over 600 of the local Christian’s congregated for the Prayer and Worship event in the city centre. It was wonderful to work alongside our friends and These are some of the comments from the leaders:

I believe this is only the beginning of what God is going to do through unity among His people on Zagreb and Croatia.

My heart is so full of thanks for the experience we had yesterday.

Luke Brendling has joined us in Zagreb and in an hour will be enthusing all of the local Christian’s once more for the Gospel and for a united evangelistic effort this summer. Please pray for this time and the impact that it can have this nation.
