Grateful for Sofi who led us today. She shared about how this Norweigen scene reminds her of her childhood.

We reflected on psalm 121 and thought how the mountains remind us of the strength and solid consistency of God.
..The Lord watches over us.. is our shade.. will keep us from harm.. He will watch our coming and going

May you know the steadfast love of the Lord in your past, in your present and in your future.

Great to have Jenn lead us again today in our painting and reflection at our Art Church.
When we look up through the trees, everything is stretching toward the sky. The trunks may feel tall and close around us, but they all lead somewhere brighter.
In our own lives, we can sometimes feel surrounded by worries, fears, noise, or uncertainty that can feel as big as tree trunks, but the Bible reminds us that light is never far away. In the Gospel of John, Jesus says, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’
Today, before we painted, we imagined looking up through the trees and noticing the light. A light that brings peace, hope, and presence and totally surrounds us.
However you feel today, let’s take this moment to rest in this beautiful light, and simply be. May you look up this day and notice, notice the divine in creation, notice God’s divine light warming our face, May we know Jesus’ presence with us this week and His Spirit guiding us and reminding us we are LOVED!
