Why dont you come and see if this event is for you...join us on Sunday April 19th 5-7pm where there will be a time for food and questions, there will also be a seperate provision for any children should that be needed...

Happy Easter Sunday from all at Emmanuel!!

On Good Friday, Jesus died - but that wasn't the end...on Easter Sunday we celebrate Jesus rising again, hope restored, and our life renewed so that we can live with him forever!!

THIS IS REAL LOVE!!

1 John 4:9-10
New Living Translation

9 God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.
10 This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.

In the song 'When I survey, the wonderous cross' it finishes with the lyrics 'Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all'.

As we celebrated Palm Sunday today we look forward and we welcome you to join us for any of our events over Easter...

This friday - GOOD FRIDAY walk of witness.
Hear the easter story as we walk from St Mary's down to Emmanuel.

On Easter Sunday, bring flowers to add to our cross outside and join us as we explore what Jesus has done for us and the ultimate display of 'This is Love' ✝️❤️

At Emmanuel, the decorations are up and the countdown is on to our carol service...just 4 days to go!!

We welcome you to join us this Sunday at 4pm for our Nativity Service - 'This is Love!' Followed by a Christmas supper ❤️

As christmas comes closer we understand that it's not always the easiest of times for some people. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, a little lost, are grieving, feel lonely or feeling like it's all too much to keep up with...we want you to know that we, at Emmanuel, are here for you and that God loves and cares for you very much!

Maybe, as you've walked around the village recently you noticed some brightly coloured pebbles? Hopefully it will remind you of God's incredible love for you!!

When you are walking around the village, count and see how many you can find on your journey or if you find one that you want to keep as a reminder of God's love for you over what you might be finding is a difficult holiday season, then please pick it up and take it home ❤️

Thank you to everyone that helped decorate our pebbles back at the light party... perhaps you can find the one you decorated!!!

Thanks to all that joined us last Sunday!! We had a great time singing through the village and then ending up at St Mary's for a Carol service and chance to look around the Christmas tree festival 🎄❤️
