King's Christian Centre

King's Christian Centre King’s Christian Centre is a lively and growing church that meets in the market town of Mold.

A member of the Evangelical Alliance of Wales, and closely linked with New Wine Cymru. King's Christian Centre's statement of faith is in line with that of the Evangelical Alliance. We believe in...

1 The one true God who lives eternally in three persons—the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

2 The love, grace and sovereignty of God in creating, sustaining, ruling, redeeming and judging the

world.

3 The divine inspiration and supreme authority of the Old and New Testament Scriptures, which are the written Word of God—fully trustworthy for faith and conduct.

4 The dignity of all people, made male and female in God's image to love, be holy and care for creation, yet corrupted by sin, which incurs divine wrath and judgement.

5 The incarnation of God’s eternal Son, the Lord Jesus Christ—born of the virgin Mary; truly divine and truly human, yet without sin.

6 The atoning sacrifice of Christ on the cross: dying in our place, paying the price of sin and defeating evil, so reconciling us with God.

7 The bodily resurrection of Christ, the first fruits of our resurrection; his ascension to the Father, and his reign and mediation as the only Saviour of the world.

8 The justification of sinners solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ.

9 The ministry of God the Holy Spirit, who leads us to repentance, unites us with Christ through new birth, empowers our discipleship and enables our witness.

10 The Church, the body of Christ both local and universal, the priesthood of all believers—given life by the Spirit and endowed with the Spirit's gifts to worship God and proclaim the gospel, promoting justice and love.

11 The personal and visible return of Jesus Christ to fulfil the purposes of God, who will raise all people to judgement, bring eternal life to the redeemed and eternal condemnation to the lost, and establish a new heaven and new earth.

🎄✨ Christmas for Poiana 2025 ✨🎄

This Christmas, you can make a difference for a child in Poiana, Romania. Many families there face the heartbreaking choice between putting food on the table or giving their child a gift — so the present they receive from us may be the only one they open this year. 💝

Why not make your giving extra special this year?
Instead of buying a gift for someone who already has everything — or sending a card that won’t last — you can give a gift that truly changes Christmas for a child.

🎁 How it works:
Donate £15, and a child in Poiana will receive a much-appreciated Christmas present.
If you tell us who your donation is in honour of, we’ll send you a certificate of thanks with their name on it — perfect to give as a meaningful Christmas gift.

💛 Let’s put smiles on children’s faces and bring hope to their families this Christmas.

✨ Praying for Children & Young People ✨

This month at Kings, we’re praying especially for our children and young people as we prepare for the Light Party. 🌟

Today we give thanks for every child and young person in our church family — for their joy, faith, and the life they bring to our community. 🙌
Let’s pray that they continue to grow in their love for Jesus, and that as a church we would nurture and encourage them spiritually. ❤️

📖 “Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him.”
— Psalm 127:3 (NLT)

📖 “One day some parents brought their children to Jesus so he could touch and bless them. But the disciples scolded the parents for bothering him. When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, ‘Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn’t receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.’ Then he took the children in his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them.”
— Mark 10:13–16 (NLT)

🙏 Join us this week as we lift up our children and young people in prayer.
