Toddler Church is celebrating Harvest this week!! As part of our celebrations together, we will be making and eating some yummy soup. Please email Michelle if you have any dietary requirements that we need to be aware of.

Last night, during Choral Evensong at Wells Cathedral prebendaries: Edward Baynton-Coward, Caroline Mason, Tracey Staples and Alison Vercoe were installed as members of the College of Canons.

Prebendaries are appointed in recognition of their work in the diocese and play a valuable role in maintaining the Cathedral’s close links with the parishes of the diocese.

We pray for God’s blessing on each of the new Prebendaries in their ministry.

We have been busy at Toddler Church over the last few weeks! We have been searching for lost sheep and lost coins, and have been making Angels to celebrate St Michael.

Next week - Wednesday 8th October, we will be celebrating Harvest! As part of our celebrations, the children will be able to help make (and eat!) some yummy soup!

We had a great time at St Michaels Church open day today! Thank you so much to everyone who helped make it such a good day, and to everyone who joined us throughout the day! 😊

Father God,

We thank you for the gift of all children and young people who live here in Minehead; for the light that they shine in our lives and communities, and for all that we receive and learn from them.

We pray now for our church in the Parish of Minehead as we begin the journey of finding a new Children and Families worker. Give guidance, courage, and wisdom to all those considering the post, that they may hear your call and find the next steps in their journey with you.

May your Spirit of love and life guide all of us as we seek to know how best to love, nurture, serve and minister to our young people and their families.

In the name of your precious Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray.

Children and Families! Everyone is welcome to join us for our open day on Saturday 27th Sept!

There will be Teddy Bear Abseil between 3pm - 4pm. All Teddy's will need to undergo a health check to ensure they are fit and able to abseil down the tower! They will receive a certificate afterwards!

Also - lots of activities and crafts for chilldren from 12pm - 4pm.

Please do come along!

Not only do we have a Teddy Bear Abseil (subject to the Teddy passing their health check), we also have childrens crafts activities which will be happening in the Church from 12pm - 4pm! Please share with any families (and Teddys) know who might like to join us!! :)
