We remember again our fallen,
Lads and lassies that breathe no more
Who gave their lives that we might live
Free and unafraid – peace be with you.

We remember again the families
Who watched their sons and daughters
March to the transports, joking and brave
Hiding their fear – peace be with you.

We remember again the mothers
Putting on smiles while living in dread
That a telegram arrives with news of the dead
Hoping it's wrong – peace be with you.

We remember again the husbands and wives
Those who were left behind
Those whose hearts became grey
Those who grieved – peace be with you.

We remember again those who returned
Damaged in body, mind and soul
Missing their brothers and sisters in arms
Who could not come home – peace be with you.

First Sunday of the month - cafe style worship.
Fellowship, tea, coffee and nibbles accompany prayers, hymns and discussion of the day. John or Ian

Second Sunday - a more traditional, bible-led, service, with a fairly short sermon and (usually) 5 hymns because I love to sing praises. - Judy

Third Sunday - Communion. At present, offered by Anglican ordained minister - Ian

Fourth Sunday - Bible-led service with an excellent sermon, often with modern worship songs - John

Fifth Sunday - There is a service, though no set leader, it depends upon who is available. Usually a bible-led service.
