Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has approved the ban of the 2 prominent pro Palestine commentators just hours before they were set to arrive in the UK โฐ

Key updates from the Milton Keynes Council AGM following the local elections:

- Labour and the Lib Dems will jointly run the council after winning a combined 39 seats

- Paul Trendall of the Lib Dems was elected Mayor of MK (previously Deputy Mayor)

- Jane Carr of the Lib Dems was elected leader of the council

We would like to extend our congratulations to Paul, who has previously supported our work, as well as Jane! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐ŸŽ‰

We look forward to connecting with them both in the future.

Members of the Milton Keynes Muslim Forum (MKMF) were pleased to attend the Earth Week Environmental Hustings, engaging with local councillors and community stakeholders on important environmental issues affecting our city.

๐Ÿค The event provided a valuable opportunity to:

โ€ข Connect with local councillors and decision-makers

โ€ข Discuss environmental challenges and community priorities

โ€ข Highlight the importance of collective responsibility in caring for our environment

โœจ We also took the opportunity to introduce MKMF to guestsโ€”sharing our vision and objectives of building a more connected, inclusive, and socially responsible community.

As a forum, we remain committed to contributing positively not only to social cohesion but also to environmental awareness and sustainability across Milton Keynes.
