ABOUT MK PROSPECTS

MK Prospects exists to provide an opportunity for people with learning disabilities to worship God.It was started in 2011 by a group of people concerned that people with learning disabilities did not have an opportunity to worship God and get to know Him in their own way.

We are a ministry of Christ the Vine Church on Coffee Hall and meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from

7.30pm to 9.00pm. We welcome any adult with a learning disability along with their carer or family members to attend our meetings. Our group is one of over 200 groups nationwide affiliated to Prospects, which is part of Livability, a national Christian voluntary organisation.

Good to see this event back!

At last!! After very nearly two years, our Friday Club is back. The re-launch was last Friday. It was good to see so many 'old faces' there. Our thanks go to the Silverthorne family, including Molly, who have taken over the running of the club.

The club is open to anyone aged 16+ with special needs. Helpers are welcome to stay. The meetings will be on a fortnightly basis, so the next meeting will be on Friday 11 March. As before, the meetings will run from 7.00 - 9.00pm. and the norm will be to meet in the Water Eaton Church Centre, Drayton Road, Bletchley MK2 3RR. There's a £2 charge each week to cover our costs.
