We will be having our service outside on Pentecost Sunday (24th May), weather permitting. All are welcome at 09.30 and there will be tea and coffee inside afterwards.

We managed to hold our Easter service outside this morning and, in the gaps between rain and snow showers, the sun shone. And then it was inside for coffee and hot cross buns.

Please join our St Paul’s family in Milngavie this morning. Coffee, tea and children’s activities back there after the walk. All are welcome!

A little reminder 😊

This Friday at 11am, we’ll be meeting at Gavin's Mill in Milngavie for our annual Walk of Witness; we'll make our way through Milngavie and finish at St Paul’s for some hot cross buns. There will also be crafts for children.

On Good Friday, we remember the depth of Jesus’ love shown through the cross - but we also walk in the hope of the resurrection, the promise that death is not the end and new life is to come.

We’re hoping for dry weather, but whatever the forecast, you’ll be very welcome - so please do come along!

There are two nights of Easter-themed cinema at Baldernock on Thursday 2nd April and Friday 3rd (Good Friday). Award-winning director, and elder at our church, Norman Stone, will introduce two evenings of his short films which will feature these characters from the Easter story:

Maundy Thursday (2/4):

The Servant Girl, starring Helen Baxendale

The Rich Man, starring Peter France

The Thief, starring Jonathan Pryce

Good Friday (3/4):

Barabas, starring Joss Ackland

The Mourner, starring Dame Eileen Atkins

Doors open at 6.30 for a 7pm start.

Entrance is free, refreshments will be available - and all are welcome!

It was such a joyous day yesterday for the baptism of wee Remy Rae. She behaved impeccably and Lynsey was brilliant with her. Thank you to the Baldernock congregation - and all those who visited for the occasion - for welcoming her into the church family.
