Have you ever tried to read the Bible from the beginning? This is where it starts to feel confusing.

A whole bunch of laws, rules, strange customs, stuff about slavery??

And the question that naturally comes up is, if God is good, why are these things in the Bible at all? 🤷🏼

TOMORROW 🧡 Our new free wellbeing cafe opens on Tuesday from 1-3pm and you're invited to come pop in. Whether you're looking to chat, find friendship, get out of the house, or find support, everyone is warmly welcome here. This is a space where it's okay to not be okay.

Is science in conflict with faith? Did God really create the world? Can we really take Genesis seriously today? 🌍

Rather than avoiding those questions, we’re going to lean into them together on Sunday in our new sermon series. ✝ Come join us on Sunday at 4pm to learn what the Bible says and join the discussion.

Science does a brilliant job of explaining the "how" but we believe the Bible explains the "why" - why are we here? what's our purpose, meaning and identity? We'll unpack that together.

Looking for friendship or someone to talk to? Enjoy games or fancy a cuppa? Pop in and visit for a warm welcome, free refreshments and a listening ear. This is a space where it's okay to not be okay.

Happy Easter! Jesus is alive and we're so thankful we got to celebrate that together with you. Jesus turns death into life, sorrow into joy and pain into blessing. Jesus is here with us today, just like He was as we travelled "back through time" in our time machine this morning. He's changed our lives and we know He'd love to do the same for you. 🧡

Loads of transformation is happening around our Linthorpe building, both inside and out! Thank you to all the volunteers who have been working SO hard 🧡 We've got new outdoor spaces, newly painted & decorated rooms, and a completely new foodbank all ready to be used to show Jesus' love!

There's still plenty more work to be done so keep an eye out for more work & gardening days coming up.

📣REMINDER! There are NO church services Sunday (28th of December) at either Coulby or Linthorpe. Our staff team and amazing volunteers will be getting much deserved rest and time with friends and family after the busy Christmas week. 🧡

We'll be back up and running on the 4th of January and look forward to seeing you there! 🙌

If you are looking for something to do Sunday, here are a few ideas!

- Prayer walk around your neighbourhood.
- Invite someone over for a hot drink and bit of community.
- Write a letter of encouragement to someone.
- Find a quiet place to be still and just spend time with God.
