As we construct the Women's Hall of our masjid, we look forward to creating a welcoming space for sisters to gather, learn, and grow in faith.

We are also blessed to involve our children in this sacred project, instilling the values of community and service from a young age.

Assalamu’alaikum!

We are excited to announce that from now on, we’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes updates of the masjid construction and keeping everyone informed about the progress Insha’Allah

Here’s a look at the main entrance, where the concrete, insulation and underfloor heating preparation have just been completed.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue building this space for our community, Insha’Allah.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

أشهدُ أنْ لا إلهَ إلاَّ اللهُ وأشهدُ أنَّ محمّداً رسولُ الله

Alhamdullilaah, we are honoured to announce the acquisition of a new masjid and community centre in Acklam, Middlesbrough. It is by the grace of Allaah, and then the generosity of our community, that this has been made possible.

This masjid is more than just a place of worship - it belongs to our entire community and will in shaa Allaah be the heart of it.

Though much work remains, we have achieved a significant milestone, and as we move forward, let us remember that this is our shared responsibility, one we carry together.

The chosen name is Masjid Ar-Rahma - The Mosque of Mercy. May all who enter find mercy in it. Ameen.

بسْم ٱلله ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيم
أشهدُ أنْ لا إلهَ إلاَّ اللهُ وأشهدُ أنَّ محمّدًا رسولُ الله

الحمد لله، يشرفنا أن نعلن عن اكتساب مسجد ومركز اجتماعي جديد في منطقة أكلام في ميدلزبره. وقد أصبح هذا ممكنا بفضل الله ثم بكرم مجتمعنا.
وهذا المسجد هو أكثر من مجرد مكان للعبادة، فهو ملك لمجتمعنا بأكمله وسيكون بإذن الله بمثابة القلب لهذا المجتمع. و بينما نمضي قدمًا في هذا الانجاز، دعونا نتذكر دائما أن هذه هي مسؤوليتنا المشتركة التي يجب علينا أن نتحملها معًا. وعلى الرغم من أنه لا يزال هناك الكثير من العمل، إلا أننا حققنا بذلك خطوة مهمة.
وقد تم اختيار "مسجد الرحمة" كإسم لهذا المسجد، سائلين الله عز وجل أن يسبغ رحمته على كل من يدخله.
