Melksham Spiritualist Centre We are an independent group of Spiritualists operating in Melksham and offer a Sunday Divine Service at 6pm. SN12 6LP.

Healing is available before the service at 5-5.30 for anyone who needs it or would like to experience it. Melksham Spiritualist Centre, The Scouts Hall, King George V Playing Fields, Melksham. (1st building on the right, just off the Bath Rd towards Waitrose car park)

Good evening everyone , so tonight saw the welcome return of Annie to our Centre. It was also such a joy to see the return of some familiar faces & also some new faces, welcome to you all.
Chairing for Annie tonight was Glynis, the evening commenced with Annie giving us the opening prayer, which was followed by Annie taking us through a most beautiful meditation, which set the scene for Glynis to read the Healing Prayer. 2 pieces of extremely uplifting & meaningful music of Annie’s choice were played, & certainly lifted the energy in the room.
Annie gave an address , which took us through a journey of how we hold onto objects , or indeed even people in our lives that we believe we cannot change or get rid of. Annie went onto explain that the figurine that we have stuck together with glue that we cherished can be changed because indeed it has been loved & served its purpose, & change can be good . Objects & people can be so very cherished & loved, & indeed during the course of the address it was stressed just how important love is , in every way. But like when changing objects , we must also be aware that we need to be strong, for people that come into our lives also step away from us , but this is our life’s pattern, & one we all learn from.
Annie then went onto to her demonstration of mediumship, where for all of those who were lucky enough to receive a message, Annie proved the continuity of life without a doubt.
Thank you to Annie, to Glynis & Angie & to the Healing team, all of whom give their time freely , to you our loyal Congregation you help to make our Services what they are.

Hello friends it was a wonderful service tonight with Jen Furniss & Jane Clark as our visiting Mediums.

Jane gave the opening prayer and meditation which Martin followed with the absent healing prayer.

Jen went straight into her address which she said Spirit had changed what they wanted her to say.
She, much to my delight and amusement, went on to talk about the soul contract that we all sign up to before we come to the earth. We choose the lessons that we need to learn, our parents and our team of helpers. She also talked of a group contract where people agree to make their transition en masse. The thousands missing and dead in Nepal were a current example of this. She concluded her address by saying that there is going to be an influx of babies, new souls, coming to the earth and that it is imperative that we older ones use our light and experience to guide them on the right path in order that Mother Earth and nature can recover.

There are so few Mediums these days that deliver Philosophy as part of their service and it is such a shame because it represents the very basis of our belief. The fact that Jen talked about the contract amused me because I am a firm believer in it and am constantly trying to make my friends understand how life is so much simpler when they can accept it.
Thank you Jen for a wonderful address.

Both Jen and Jane gave evidential messages that proved the continuity of life to all those lucky enough to receive a message from their loved ones.

Hello friends, it was a lovely evening tonight with Sammi Dean as our visiting Medium.
Sammi gave us an opening prayer followed by a beautiful meditation which quietened the energy ready for Glynis, who was Chairperson for the evening,to read the absent healing prayer.

Sammi gave us a lovely reading which she herself had received from Spirit called, "We're all a little unique". It tells us basically not to allow others to put us down for the things that make us unique just because they don't understand them. Use whatever words you want but tell them to "back off".
In the address that followed we were told that our earthly lives are like the seasons of the year, the Spring and Summer being the good and happy times, with Autumn and Winter being the periods of learning and sadness that we have to experience in our lives.
The secret is to make the most of the experiences and whenever possible, enjoy the knowledge that comes from them.

Sammi in her demonstration of Mediumship, proved the continuity of life for all those lucky enough to receive a message from their loved ones.
