Hannah and Chloe have had a great morning at Biggin with Hartington for a 'schools together' event. The children learnt about God's unfailing love.

What a great evening! Thanks to all who came to our thanksgiving service. It was great to see so many supporters of MAST. It was lovely to see new faces and make new connections to churches and schools in and around Matlock.
Thank you to all who pray for MAST, the school visitors and please keep praying for the wonderful schools, staff and children we get to visit.

Chloe had a great time at Stretton Handley on this sunny morning. She shared the story of Zacchaeus. Sharing the value oof kindness but talking about the underserved kindness that Jesus showed Zacchaeus.

We hope you've had a lovely Easter. Chloe, Hannah and Rachel are all getting ready for an exciting next term with Collective Worship sessions, 'It's your move' YR 6 lessons and Walk Through the Bible lessons. It's going to be a busy one!

Here's a picture from last term.
Each child in every school we visit received some form of literature including the Easter story. The resources we used were:

Chloe has had a great time the last half term sharing the story of Easter with MAST schools.
The children (and teachers) find this method fascinating, especially the magic part!

Come along and join us in Thanksgiving for another year of MAST. Another year of sharing the Good News in the schools in and around Matlock. There'll be tea and cake at the start followed by some demonstrations of what a School visit might look like and Ben Lamb from Holmegate Evangelical Church will be speaking to us. We'd love to see you there!

Say hello to Rachel our new schools visitor!

"I joined MAST as schools visitor in October 2025. Since then it has been a privilege to establish links with local schools. Currently I regularly visit 6 primary schools. Over the past term, I have enjoyed leading Collective worship on thankfulness and Christmas with G (my puppet). I have also taken several 'sensory nativity' story sessions for KS1, EYFS and SEND classes.
It has been amazing to be part of these times and I have been encouraged by the children's knowledge of the Bible and the questions they have asked".
