Do come to a coffee morning at All Saints' Martock on Saturday 20 June from 10am to 12pm in aid of Medical Life Lines Ukraine (MLLU).
MLLU sources and delivers medical vehicles and medical supplies to the National Health Service of Ukraine. Since February 2022 the organisation has organised over 25 convoys to deliver over 130 ambulances and civilian relief vehicles to Ukraine, to replace vehicles destroyed by enemy action.

In July 2026 Martyn Atkins, from Martock, will join the next convoy as a volunteer driver, helping to transport five vehicles to Lviv in western Ukraine.
The 1200 mile journey will take four days. All drivers are asked to raise at least £7000 to fund the purchase of vehicles and supplies. The drivers pay for their own board, lodging and other expenses en route: all funds raised therefore go straight to benefit health services in Ukraine.
Do come on Saturday 20 June for a cup of coffee and some cake and to learn more about the convoy.
If you can't come on 20 June, but would like to donate towards the convoy, you can do so here:
