Today, on National Food Bank Day, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who makes the work of Jubilee Foodbank Market Harborough possible.

To our wonderful supporters, local community groups, schools, churches, businesses, volunteers, referral agencies, donation point hosts and, of course, the many individuals who regularly donate food and funds - thank you.

Your generosity means we can be there for local people when they are facing difficult and unexpected circumstances. Every tin, packet, pound donated and hour volunteered helps us provide practical support with dignity, and kindness without judgement.

We simply couldn't do this work without you. 💜

Food insecurity can affect anyone. If you are struggling, please don't be afraid to reach out. Asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of, and you don't have to face difficult times alone.

On Wednesday some of us travelled to Lincoln Cathedral to see the Threads through the Bible exhibition. We definitely recommend a visit if it comes near to you.
(No we don't think we can host it as a follow up to the Knitted Bible!)

Leicestershire schools start back this week and we want to send love to the Toddlers' Club children who are starting school for the first time.
We will miss you on Fridays but pray that you enjoy this new adventure.
(Every year we try to take a photo of the children who are going to school, every year it ends up being 'informal')

Bookings open for our Toddlers' Club Friday morning 21st at 8am. Our group runs 9.45-11.15am on Fridays during Leics' terms.
We have a craft activity, singing, a baby corner, happy land, kitchen, garage, bikes, jigsaws, dolls house and refreshments. You need to join "MHCC toddlers online" to book a space, sessions are £2 per family with a limit of 30 families each week.
We love to welcome people who don't know many people in the town and want to get to know other parents.
