You’ll need to include;

Name and Address

Phone no

Items to be exhibited, include the title and how it was made.

Or you can simply request an application form.

Exhibits should be brought to the church between 0830 am and 1pm on Friday 12th October
Exhibits should be collected between 1pm and 3pm on Sunday 14th October. Please contact Sara if you need to make specific arrangements
