Save the FaithSpace building - campaign update (Wednesday 8 June 2016)

Thank you for your ongoing support to help try and save the former
FaithSpace building for continued community use.

The SCDA has been notified that an announcement on the new owners of the
former FaithSpace building will be made on Thursday 9 June.

We have not been able to officially informed of the new owner, but we
understand that the building is not being sold for residential development.

Tune into BBC Radio Bristol on Thursday 9 June, around 8.20am to listen out
for more news.

Regretfully, we didn't get this building. Never mind, we shall look for other possibilities to have a church we can call our home. Thank you everyone who helped. Fundraising continues!!!

Not so good news: Lloyds bank has agreed mortgage, but it is only £250K, not £350 we need. Any advice where to find £100K would be greatly appreciated.

Those who are UK tax payers can sign Gift Aid form and donate into another account: Lloyds Bank, Corn St. Bristol. Account name: Russian Orthodox Diocese of Sourozh Gift Aid , sort code 309574, account 01371231.
Good news: The Gift Aid account currently has a balance of £1,750.00. When claimed tax back, it will bring additional £370.

Свершилось, с Божьей помощью мы собрали сумму, достаточную, чтобы обращаться в банк за ссудой! Мы собрали £35К! Спасибо всем, кто вносил деньги, убеждал друзей и родственников, и просто кликнул 👍🏻 и поделился страничкой! Бизнес-консультант выбирает сейчас банк, в котором были бы наилучшие для нас условия. В апреле - аукцион!
Done! With Lord's help, we have raised a necessary sum for deposite! We have raised £35K! Thank you everyone, who donated, persuaded friends and relatives to donate, simply clicked 👍🏻 and shared. Our business consultant is looking for a bank with the best for us conditions. In April - the auction!

Save the FaithSpace building - campaign update (Monday 8 February) On Tuesday 19 January over 50 adults and children marched from Stackpool Road to the Explore where we presented the petition with 722 signatures to the Mayor at the full meeting of Bristol City Council.
