Manchester Central Mosque & Islamic Cultural Centre is a registered charity under the charity number: 1081649. The Mosque offers a place of worship as well as funeral services and facilities to the Muslim community. Manchester Central Mosque encourages and promotes individual character and spiritual development of Muslim citizens by means of teaching and practicing Islam according to the teachings

of the Qur’an (the world of Allah) and authenticated sayings and actions fitting the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Allah’s final messenger. The Mosque also promotes the idea of community cohesion without losing any of the former values and beliefs, by ensuring relations are kept with authorities and public services as well as non-Muslim members of the community in order to keep a positive, constructive and healthy role in society. This page is intended for the sole purpose of teaching and spreading knowledge. Comments posted from the Admin or other Members does not necessarily reflect the view of the Mosque. Our 'Gap Shap' initiative for our elder community will continue with our next session being TOMORROW on Wednesday 3rd June from 11am until Zuhr jamaat In Shaa Allah

If you know an elderly gentleman or lady over 60 years of age who may benefit from a welcoming environment where they can feel at ease and discuss any matters close to them over a nice cup of tea (with biscuits of course!) then make sure they know to come along!!

Our Eid Jamaats schedule is listed below - note that ladies are able to attend any of the listed jamaats. We encourage you to please arrive early to take benefit from the speeches beforehand. We also ask that you carshare wherever possible and please park responsibly and in line with our security staff guidance

As always there will be a one way traffic system in place, with entrance to Upper Park Road being from Dennison Road and exit via Oxford Place

Manchester Central Mosque (Victoria Park) are delighted that once again we will be an authorised Share My Qurbani drop-off point, making it even easier for you to share your Qurbani this Eid. Help feed thousands of homeless, refugees, low income families, domestic abuse victims, elderly & vulnerable in our local communities sharing some meat this Eid

Even if you’re not offering a Qurbani locally this year, please still consider sharing some meat anyway. Please help spread the word by sharing this information with your friends and family In Shaa Allah

How to share your Qurbani:

* Leave your meat donation with your butcher (text/WhatsApp us their name & address)

OR

* drop it off at a local drop-off location (please pack in bags of 1kg each)

Drop off will be available on the 2nd and 3rd days of Eid between the Zuhr and Maghrib (preferably at Jamaat times)

Join us for a very special seminar in English as Hafiz Ozair Tayyib will outline a complete guide to the rituals, rulings and spiritual journey of Hajj. An interactive event, with a powerpoint presentation and practical displays, will allow those in attendance to take notes and see through visual means some of the key points during the process

Be sure to attend but more importantly let those individuals who have been blessed with the call to attend and gain valuable knowledge
