On Monday evening, Adam had the privilege of hosting a room full of people for our termly preaching training.

Together, they explored an application matrix that Adam has adapted for use at ECC, helping equip those involved in preaching and teaching Scripture.

We’re so thankful to be part of a church family with gifted and faithful men who are willing to give their time and energy to teaching God’s Word and helping others grow in their understanding of it. 🙏

What a weekend! We had such a brilliant time together at our Weekend Away at Quinta. From the moment we arrived, there was so much to enjoy, and the stunning weather certainly helped! ☀️

There were walks through the beautiful surroundings, early morning swims, craft, games, tag archery and plenty of opportunities simply to relax and enjoy being together.

We shared meals, coffees and conversations, caught up with old friends and got to know people a little better. There was plenty of laughter, a fantastic bonfire, and lots of fun along the way.

Alongside all the fun, we had some really thoughtful teaching from Graham Beynon, wonderful times of worship, and opportunities to pray and reflect together as we explored what it means to be a distinctive community.

A huge thank you to the Weekend Away Team for all the time, thought and hard work that went into organising the weekend. We’re so grateful for everything you did to make it such a special time for our church family.
