St. Nicholas Church, Burnage

St. Nicholas Church, Burnage St Nicholas' church, Kingsway, East Didsbury, is an inclusive Anglican church in South Manchester. St.Nicholas Church is a Grade II* listed building.

We host Burnage Foodbank, Rainbows, U3A groups, Craft & Cafe afternoons (1st Wednesday in the month) The Greater Manchester Voices Choir, and much more! Everyone is welcome to join us for services on Wednesday (10am), Sunday (10.30am) and Taize evening prayer (first Tuesday of the month, 7.00 pm),

We have 2 wonderful spaces for general use of the local community. We have The Church Hall, a great

space for holding society meetings, parties or similar. Table and chairs can be provided to seat up to 80 people. Situated on the first floor, is our very special ‘Glass Room’ – suitable for holding meetings for up to 15 people. We enjoyed our All Age Worship service this morning with Rev Philip Dobson from St James & Emmanuel, Didsbury who presided and preached at the service. Thank you to Philip , to Nikky and Mia who assisted Philip with his sermon. Thank you to Caroline for being our altar server, to Christian for the lovely music, to Margaret for reading the gospel, to Jill Lomas for intercessions and Mark for sound and tech duties. Thank you to Nikky and Mia for welcoming and serving refreshments.
