We are just a week away from our big clear-up at St Peter's. We have had lots of offers of support for it, and we are so grateful to you all.

Important arrangements for Saturday:
Please meet inside the church at 11.00am for welcome and introduction to the day, and for a safety briefing.

Because the site is so large and potentially hazardous, we need all volunteers to attend this briefing so we know what the objectives for the day are, and so that you can all get to meet one another before we start.

As there will be a documentary film crew there all day, we need you to know that by volunteering, you consent to have your image and/or your voice used. If you would prefer not to be shown on camera please let us know.

Refreshments will be available through the day in church, along with first aid and toilet facilities.

Thank you everyone 🥰🙏

You are warmly invited to the APCMs (Annual Parochial Church Meetings) for each of our churches in the coming weeks.

St Andrew's - Wednesday 29th April at 7.15pm in Church
St Paul's - Sunday 3rd May at approx 12.45pm in the Hall (after the morning service) with lunch
St Peter's - Saturday 9th May at 10.30am in Church (with breakfast)

These are our church’s yearly “family meetings” where we look back over the past year, celebrate what God has been doing among us, and look ahead to the year to come. We also elect our churchwardens and PCC members, the people who help shape the life, priorities, and practical running of the parish.

You don’t need to be on any committee to come. If you worship with us, this is your chance to hear how things are going, ask questions, offer ideas, and be part of the decisions that guide our shared life. It’s an important moment of accountability, transparency, and thanksgiving, and it only happens once a year!

Everyone is warmly encouraged to attend.

On Good Friday we stand at the foot of the cross, confronted again by the depth of Christ’s suffering and the cost of His love. At 10am at St Peter’s we gather in silence and reverence, to remember the One who bore our sin and sorrow, and to acknowledge the shadows we carry within ourselves.
This is a day stripped of ornament and ease. A day when the church’s song grows quiet, and our prayers take on the weight of repentance. Yet even in the solemnity, we draw near to the mystery of a love that does not turn away — a love that endures the darkness for the sake of the world.
All are welcome to join us as we keep this most holy day, watching and waiting at the cross, and entrusting ourselves once more to the mercy of God.
