He is risen! He is risen indeed!

Today we celebrate the greatest victory in historyJesus Christ has risen from the dead.

The grave could not hold Him.
Death could not defeat Him.
And darkness could not overcome His light.

What seemed like the end on the cross became the beginning of new life for all who believe.

As it is written in Matthew 28:6, “He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.”
And in John 11:25, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live.”

Today is not just a celebration it is a declaration:
Because He lives, we have hope.
Because He lives, we are forgiven.
Because He lives, we have victory.

So no matter what you are facing, remember this truth
the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is alive and working in you today.

Let every heart rejoice, every voice be lifted, and every life be renewed.

He is risen! And because He lives… we live too.

Blessed Resurrection Sunday to you and your family.

Today we remember the cross but we do not remain at the cross.

Good Friday is a reminder of the greatest love ever shown Jesus giving His life for us. On that day, it seemed like darkness had won, hope was lost, and the story had ended.

But we take comfort in this truth: the cross was not the end.

The cross was not defeat it was victory in disguise.
The pain was real, but so was the purpose.
The sacrifice was heavy, but so is the love that carried it.

Today, we may reflect with humility and gratitude, but we do not mourn without hope. Because Jesus is no longer on the cross… and He is not in the tomb.

As it is written in 1 Peter 2:24, “He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross.”
And in John 19:30, “It is finished.”

Finished not in defeat, but in fulfillment.

So even in our quiet reflection today, we hold onto this promise:
Sunday is coming. Life is coming. Victory is coming.

May this Good Friday remind us that even in our darkest moments, God is working for our redemption.

With faith, hope, and gratitude today and always.

Beloved,

As we step into this New Year, I invite you to pause and reflect on the faithfulness of God. Through seasons of joy and seasons of trial, the Lord has carried us, strengthened us, and sustained us by His grace. If we are standing today, it is only because His mercy has not failed.

This New Year is not just a change of calendar, but an open door to renewed purpose, deeper faith, and greater hope. God has gone ahead of you. He knows the plans He has for you—plans for peace, progress, and a future filled with His promises. Do not allow past disappointments to define what God can do in your tomorrow.

As you move forward, walk in faith, not fear. Walk in love, not bitterness. Walk in obedience, knowing that every step ordered by God leads you closer to His perfect will. Let this be a year where prayer becomes your first response, gratitude your daily posture, and trust your firm foundation.

I declare that this New Year will bring clarity where there was confusion, strength where there was weakness, and joy where there was heaviness. May your home be filled with peace, your work be blessed, and your life reflect the goodness of God.

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you and give you peace—not just today, but all the days of this New Year.

Happy New Year, and may God do exceedingly, abundantly above all you ask or imagine.

Merry Christmas to all our Healing Life Church family.

May this beautiful season be filled with the love of God, His peace, and His joy. I pray you enjoy wonderful moments with friends and family, sharing gifts, laughter, peace, and love. Above all, may we remember that Christmas is a sacred time to reflect on the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and what He means to us as believers. May His light continue to guide and bless each of you.

With love and blessings,

Reverend Harrison Freeman
