At our Darwen Funeral Home, this beautiful Delicate Heart Tree offers a meaningful way for families to stay connected to their loved one. Each handcrafted heart is shared as a pair, with one accompanying your loved one on their final journey and the other kept close by those who love them.

A small gesture that brings comfort, connection and a lasting reminder that love never leaves us. ❤️
