We have really loved having our students with us so it’s a sad time as we get ready to say goodbye. We’re excited too though for what’s to come for them! We love this!! Felix Nmecha from our neighbour church All Nations CC in Wythenshawe living out his faith on the pitch!! Let’s pray for him and for all those who will do the same in this World Cup season and the impact they will have on those around them! 🙏🏻❤️

Germany and Curaçao players shared a powerful moment of prayer after their World Cup match.

German midfielder Felix Nmecha later explained to the media why it was so meaningful to pray with his opponents, reminding us that our unity in Christ is greater than any rivalry on the field.

“In the game we are opponents, but after the game we are all Christians, we are all brothers, and we said a little prayer because we believe that Jesus is glorified through the game.”
