Yes, it's Café Church this Sunday! And in addition to a continental breakfast and good coffee, we’ll be starting a new season by exploring what the Bible says about gratitude, with the help of our good friend, Faith Martin. What does gratitude look like? What do we have to be grateful for? And who should we be grateful to? With songs, activities, and a movie clip featuring a certain Peruvian bear, the fun starts 10.30am. See you then!

Recycled Bible Season 9 coming to MFC this summer!
There'll be a new episode every Sunday starting on 2nd August, exploring the stories of two Wonderful Women.

See them first in our summer services, accompanied by lively worship and a short talk on themes from the story, along with a craft and Bible verse colouring sheet to take home.

Actions speak louder than words, which is why traditions matter so much to us. And this week in the book of Joshua, we find the Israelites performing a ceremony which might sound strange to modern ears, but it reminds them of something that is of importance, to all of us. What is it? And why might it have the power to define both our present, and our future? All will be revealed this Sunday at 10.30am!

It's Cafe Church this Sunday! And in addition to a delicious breakfast and good coffee, we'll be thinking about the theme of challenges, with a Bible message from our very own Abi Edney! Plus there'll be a record breaking quiz, a movie clip involving a certain Danish toy company, and a foot-stomping song that the Supernova kids have been learning this term. The fun starts 10.30am - see you then!

This Sunday, as we continue with the story of Joshua, we touch on a subject that matters to all of us, to some degree: success. But what is ‘success’? Is it grades; income; relationship status; something more? And what does it take to achieve it? Join us at 10.30 as we consider God’s definition, how it became true of ancient Israel, and what we might learn from that, as individuals, and as church.

It’s Father's Day this Sunday! And at MFC we'll be paying tribute to the dad / men in our lives, with a gift or two. But we'll also be continuing our series on the book of Joshua and thinking about something many a dad can relate to (not to mention everyone else): what to do when we get things wrong. Can major blunders be forgiven? Is there a way back from failure? Join us at 10.30am this Sunday to find out.

This week, as we continue in the book of Joshua, we come to one of those pivotal moments, one that most of us are aware of, at least: the battle of Jericho. It's a story that raises both archaeological and moral questions, not to mention theories as to what took place.
