Save the Date! Saturday 4th July, 6pm.

Everyone is welcome to join us at Music for a Summer's Evening, a summer concert featuring music from our Salvation Army Band and Songsters.

This is a free event followed by refreshments, and there will be opportunity to donate to the work of The Salvation Army. We hope you can make it.

Join us for Paddleboarding Church this Sunday, 24th May, 4pm-6pm. It's going to be a scorcher! ☀️

Paddleboards, rowing boats, kayaks and swan boats will be available for £4 per person (cash only) and free for children connected with our church. Bring a chair, and a picnic and share together!

If you've not been before, you can access Mote Park Watersports Centre by car and park near the water's edge. Enter the park from Willington Street and slowly follow the path... You'll see us by The Salvation Army gazebo.

We had a wonderful morning on Saturday at our Ladies Fellowship Breakfast with the Bishop of Dover, RT Revd Rose Hudson-Wilkin.

Bishop Rose was a powerful speaker who described her call to ministry at the age of 14 and God's plan in helping her overcome various barriers. She spoke passionately about 'Life in the Spirit' from Galatians 5.

Thank you to the whole team for preparing a lovely breakfast and organising another great event.

**REARRANGED DATE** Paddleboarding Church has been rescheduled for Sunday 24th May, 4pm-6pm at Mote Park.

Paddleboarding church had been scheduled for this Sunday the 17th but due to the poor weather forecast this Sunday and the forecasted heatwave the following week, Paddleboarding Church will now take place on Sunday the 24th.
Please share this information with anyone you know who had been planning to attend.

Starting next Tuesday morning, Mid Kent Mind are running a free 5-week Baby Massage and Parental Wellbeing course here at The Salvation Army. Follow the link in their post for full details and to sign up with your little one aged 8 weeks - 6 months.

👶Our next baby massage course starts on Tuesday 19th May in Maidstone!

Join us for these supportive sessions where you’ll learn soothing baby massage and enjoy dedicated time to bond with your little one.

You’ll also have the chance to connect with other new parents, share experiences, and get support from our Wellbeing Coaches in looking after your mental health.

This 5 week course is FREE to access and is ideal for little ones aged 8 weeks to 6 months.

Join us this evening for the start of Maidstone Bible Week 2026! Come along from 7:30pm for worship with our worship group and teaching from guest speaker Nigel Styles. Tea and Coffee will be available afterwards and a number of stalls.

Please park in local car parks and surrounding roads where possible, to leave the car park for those who can't walk so far.
