Verse of the Week ✨

Following from our Praise and Worship series at the moment.

We can learn a lot from the praise and worship songs we listen to. Lyrics embed into our brains, resulting in a series of notes then linking to certain lyrics, bringing those to memory. We subconsciously take in what music we are listening to and it can feed into our inner dialogue.
Listening to lots of music where the lyrics are angry at the world will amend our view of the world to match this, same if we listen to a lot of music that is disrespectful of God or His creation, including us. So we encourage you to have a conscious look at what music you are feeding yourself with.

Praying often, reading our bibles, living to hHs teachings and values sets us on a firm foundation.
In the same way, it is critical that we have a solid foundation so that when the wind and rains of life come, we know God intimately and have built our life around Him. He is the only never changing truth. God always has been and always will be. He is all things good and life giving. Knowing who we are from the one who created us, sets us for victory in those hard times that will inevitably come.
