I made this for the morsels as it was lemon 🍋 chilli 🌶️ prawns 🍤… 🤢

I ordered it for them for tomorrow as I’ll be in group but change of plans …

Day 1 of the slimming world kitchen box…

And it was a winner winner Moroccan meatball dinner 😋

Although it was to serve 2 I doubled up the mince and it made 3 portions plus a mini portion for lunch tomorrow 👍🏻

No better time to come to group …we have a leaflet available giving you 10 % off your WHOLE shop in Iceland Foods not just the incredible range of Slimming World foods they do ..

So mum went to Iceland yesterday and stocked up the freezer with lots of meals, pasta, sauces and the delicious maple 🍁 pancakes 🥞 that can be a healthy extra choice 👍🏻 and saved almost £15!!

Tried the chicken and mushroom 🍄‍🟫 risotto yesterday served with homegrown runner beans 🫘

Delicious 😋

More leaflets out today 💪🏻 also had a little walk around the newly restored mill common how lovely is that 🥰 sat for 10 minutes on one of the benches listening to the birds 🐦 I couldn’t see any of them but lovely to hear them especially the robin ❤️

So lovely to be out and about appreciating the local things 🥰

I’d love to share Charlotte’s journey …

So after just over 2 & 1/2 years this happened! It’s taken 6 months to get the last 1/2 stone off, I’ve been like a yo-yo. My new journey started in November 2023.

4 1/2 stone loss and officially a target member of slimming world.

I’ve attempted slimming world over the last 20 years time and time again but I have never succeeded to target, just come close and then given up to then put the weight back on.

It’s been a bumpy road this time but being told I couldn’t have an operation because I was morbidly obese kicked me into achieving the ultimate goal. From a size 20 to a size 14. Walking and swimming has also contributed to my journey along with Andrew cooking new meals to help with the whole family eating the same (mostly) and the support from Debra Morse my slimming world consultant in Magor.

Here’s to a new healthier me and hopefully the operation I need soon 🤩🥳💗
