The Bible’s word for this is shalom, a peace that comes when life is as God intended it to be. It’s more than quietness or the absence of trouble. It’s wholeness and restoration in the middle of a broken world.

There’s something beautiful about someone who notices God in the small things. A quiet thank you, Jesus here and there through the day, not to impress anyone but because their attention is already on him. As our hearts turn toward Christ in that same way, we start to see him in places we used to overlook.
