Heart of Lytham Sangha

The Heart of Lytham Sangha welcomes people of all faiths and religious denominations - and none! ('Sangha' is a Sanskrit word for a group or community of spiritual practitioners). In the spirit of the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh (known as Thay - which means teacher) we practice sitting meditation, guided and silent, slow walking meditation and Dharma sharing to enable us to be kinder, more respon

sible human 'beings'. The practices are simple and effective, suitable for anyone who is on, or seeking, a spiritual dimension to their life through inner guidance. You are welcome to come along and see if the practice suits you and maybe meet some like-minded people - people who care about themselves, other beings and the Earth. We currently meet:

In person on the 1st and 3rd Fridays each month at Lytham Methodist Church Hall 7-9pm. Tea is available at 7pm, meditations start at 7.30pm

Online on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month 7.30-9pm

Dear Sangha,
Due to illness amongst our facilitators unfortunately tonight's in person meeting at Lytham Methodist will have to be cancelled for this week.

Our apologies for this late decision, but it is a necessary one I'm afraid.
