Wow! What a beautiful service excellently led by our own Revd Stuart Wild. Eileen and Ernest renewed their vows in celebration of their 60th anniversary. Joan and Mick renewed their vows in celebration of their 10th anniversary. Abby came forward for her confirmation, and we celebrated Holy Communion together. Something of an epic service! Congratulations to everyone and God bless you. 🙏

Lovely wedding at The Drive this afternoon! It was a beautiful wedding for a young couple and supported by their family and friends. No photos for protection of their privacy.

First wedding here for a while so hopefully we'll have a few more now!

It is a fantastic church for a wedding. Lots of history and beautiful stained glass windows.

Love is in the air! On Sunday 6th September, at 10.30 am, led by Revd Stuart Wild, we gather for the celebration and renewal of vows for Eileen and Ernest and Joan and Mick, and also Abbey's confirmation, with Holy Communion. We're looking forward to this wonderful celebration of God's love and goodness ❤️.

Knit and Natter at The Drive

And we're back! This week the Knitters return to the community room, following a summer break.

It will be great to be back in harness!

(Once we're settled back in, we can do the "count up and bag up" next week 10th September), so don't worry, there's plenty of time to get any unfinished projects in!😉

Fabulous welcome service this morning led by Revd Stuart Wild for Revd David and Carol McAloon and family.

Good representation from each of the churches.

So many people from across the circuit, and District. Fabulous address by Rev Sharon Read ( Mission Area Lead). Prayers led by Deacon Kim Gabbatiss. Contributions and readings from across the circuit and from other faith leaders in Blackpool. The Mayor and Mayoress of Blackpool were there too!

Joyful service with a mix of traditional and modern worship songs. Wonderful to hear so many voices joining together in worshipping God.
