The Blessing of the Bikes service at St Mary’s today was a resounding success, with everyone voting it a ‘Triumph’. The weather was pleasant though a short shower prompted the latter part of the service to move indoors to church. Two bats then performed a lively aerial display, adding to the festive atmosphere. Stephen led the singing with his guitar while Simon delivered an entertaining sermon on a topic that resonated deeply with every biker.

Ian, Jane and their barbecue provided an endless supply of delicious hot food, complemented by salads and desserts offered by the St Mary’s congregation. It was a fantastic team effort, led by dedicated team leader Lynda. Thank you Lynda, we couldn’t have done it without you. 🙏
