Alhamdulillah, we were honoured to host an inspiring evening with Ustadh Abu Ayyub as he took us through 800 years of Islamic Spain, exploring the key events, remarkable achievements, and enduring lessons of Al-Andalus.

From its centres of learning and innovation to the stories of faith, leadership, and resilience, the session provided a fascinating insight into one of the most significant periods in Islamic history.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to making the event a success. May ALLĀH ﷻ allow us to benefit from the lessons of our past and use them to strengthen our communities today.

Luton Central Masjid Ghousia is pleased to announce the appointment of *Shaykh Qāri Mohamed Allam Hamed Mohamed Al-Azhari.*

An Al-Azhar graduate, holder of Ijāzah in the Ten Qirā’āt, and an experienced teacher of Qur’anic sciences, Shaykh Mohamed brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Qirā’āt, Tajwīd, and Islamic history.

We pray that ALLĀH ﷻ blesses his service and allows our community to benefit greatly from his knowledge. We look forward to introducing a range of new courses and educational initiatives in the coming months, in shā’ ALLĀH.
