Tree House Treehouse Community and Faith is a christian led, multi cultural, multi faith chaplaincy at the University of Bedfordshire.

We have facilities on the Bedford and Luton campus. Students have described us as a 'home away from home!'.

Today the Treehouse was lucky enough to have our Baha'i volunteer do a blessing and a reflection to celebrate the Baha'i new year "Naw-Rúz"

Students and staff gathered in person and virtually to learn about the event as asked questions after.

This previous wednesday we held a commissioning service for B and Luke.

As B has stepped up from Deputy chaplain to Co-Lead chaplain (Alongside Helen).

And Luke has stepped up from Assistant chaplain to Deputy chaplain.

A lovely ecumenical device was held with some carols and once the service had finished beautiful reading was read by Sabiha our Muslim assistant chaplain.

It was a time to come together pray for their oversight and wishing them luck as they continue their chaplaincy journeys.

University of Bedfordshire Remembrance Day 2025.

Thank you to everybody who participated and a big thank you to everybody that took the time to remember those who have fallen with us today, on Remembrance Day.

Thank you to those who gave up their today, so we could have their tomorrow. 🙏🏼

Reverend Andy appreciation post!

For those who have been into the Luton Treehouse over the last couple of weeks you will have met Andy Jefferson who joined the Treehouse team. We want to say a big thank you for your help and assistance Andy.

Andy is curate at St Peter and St Pauls, Flitwick and completed a short placement with us as part of his formation as a priest.

We're very grateful for all your help and choosing to join us.

04/06/2025 hosted another fantastic seasonal workshop.

The Pentecost experience.

Very informative and educational and interactive with the bunch of students we brought across with us.

Our Deputy Chaplain B led a section of it which encouraged people to share a religious phrase in their mother tongue.

There was even the chance for one of our assistant chaplains to try on the priests garments.

Also discussed an old English tradition of Cheese rolling and even had a smaller cheese rolling contest 🧀

Community Breakfast Club is a safe place for residents in Luton, serving full English breakfast on the 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of the month (from 08:30 am-10:00 am).

The CBC in Luton is a safe space to get a free meal and join part of a community. Please give them a visit if you need to.
