A THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
It is a glorious thing to be indifferent to suffering, but only to one’s own suffering. -Robert Lynd, writer (20 Apr 1879-1949)

A THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
The hope of a secure and livable world lies with disciplined nonconformists, who are dedicated to justice, peace, and brotherhood. The trailblazers in human, academic, scientific, and religious freedom have always been nonconformists. In any cause that concerns the progress of mankind, put your faith in the nonconformist! -Martin Luther King, Jr., civil-rights leader (15 Jan 1929-1968)

AN UPDATE. THIS DIDNT WORK. LOADS OF TOSH!

I updated today, as my entire feed was ads. After I did this, yeah I see everyone again. I’m not sure how it works, but it did?
To regain friends in your news feed and get rid of ads - Hold your finger anywhere in this post and click ′copy’. Go to your page where it says ‘What's on your mind?’ Tap your finger anywhere in the blank field. Click paste. This upgrades the system.
Hello new and old friends!🥰
It's sad we have to keep doing this to kill the Ads and see our friends.

The Ads are getting ridiculous!
Hope it works!

A community church with a new name - what was Wigmore Church is now Newland Church but it still is a community centre and it is still in the heart of Wigmore. Why then a new name - well it is the coming together of five United Reformed Churches in Luton and Dunstable as one church on two sites - Bury Park, Edward Street and St Ninian's churches have closed and St Katherine's Dunstable with Wigmore, Luton are the remaining two sites - so a fresh start with one new name covering what was five URC congregations.
If you are a group or an individual using either the site on Crawley Green Road, Luton or in Katherine Drive, Dunstable don't worry they are still there, you still have access, you can still book a hall if available, the church and community facility are still in these two areas - only the name and some of the people may have changed.
We will still be glad to see you to worship or to use the facilities.
