What a night! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along on Saturday night to cheer, heckle and taste-test. Your bravery did not go unnoticed.
Well done to our brave bakers, Bishop David, Bishop Harold and Rev Stu Armstrong! You rose to the challenge (pun fully intended ๐) and gave us a brilliant show. Nobody needed to call the fire brigade, which we're counting as a win.
Thank you to Alwood Kitchens for supplying a show kitchen for the night. Thank you to Hendersons for the Shloer, and to those who made the yummy shortbread. Honestly, the shortbread may have been the real winner of the night (please don't tell the bishops).
And a massive thank you to our fundraising team, who worked incredibly hard to pull off an amazing event, all in aid of Reimagining Shankill. You were the real icing on the cake.
Thank you all for your generosity, your kindness and your support. It is a joy to be part of such a community.
