We are part of the Oulton Broad Team Ministry along with St. To enquire about weddings, baptisms or funerals please contact our team benefice office. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm.

Well done to all of our walkers taking part in share in the walk, wherever you are walking. We managed to do our two mountains in one day. Verger Antony Norman made sure that we did the difficult route up to make sure we gave our best to the event. So a third mountain tomorrow.

Well after an 11 hour drive through 8 traffic jams we are here at Skafell Pike and ready for tomorrow's walk. Well done ...

From Rev. Andy:
This week members of St. Michael's Church within the Oulton Broad Team Ministry will be completing individual sponsored walks to raise money for the Parish Share. This payment each year goes towards mission and ministry in the Benefice and the Diocese.

Share in the Walk is a chance for everyone, not just the congregation, to share in the mission and ministry of the Church.

Some Lads and I will be taking on Skafell Pike (Twice) this weekend. Why? Because we believe that the Parish Church should be there preaching our risen and alive Jesus Christ at key moments in your life and in public worship, discipleship, social action and evangelism.

We’re inviting you to sponsor a member of our congregation to “Share in the Walk” which is an individual sponsored walk taking
place between Monday 25th May and Sunday 31st May to help raise money for our Parish Share.

But what is Parish Share? 🤔

Parish Share is the contribution churches make towards the wider work and ministry of the Church. It helps fund and support the everyday life of churches like St Michael’s, enabling us to continue serving our community through important pastoral moments and worship throughout the year.
