Do come along and join us in worship,, followed as usual by refreshments and a chance to continue our fellowship over a glass.

Our monthly Praise Evening takes place this Wednesday at 7:30pm. It has been incorrectly dated in the July Church Magazine but always takes place on the 4th Wednesday.

This month, Peter Yorkstone will be leading our thoughts, his theme is "You are chosen and precious" and we'll be singing songs of praise on that account, among which are:

Jesus, be the centre
Men of Faith (Shout to the North)
Revival
Lord, I come to you (The power of Your love)
Praise to the Lord, the Almighty and
A new (to us) one You unravel me (No longer slaves)

Do come along and join us in worship,, followed as usual by refreshments and a chance to continue our fellowship over a glass.

it's our monthly Praise Evening at 7:30pm this coming Wednesday 24th June. There are lots of songs of praise to sing, with a short reflection by Revd Eric Whitley who's been taking other services in the benefice. The theme is Gratitude, so lots of "give thanks"-type songs, including
Give thanks with a grateful heary
Give thanks to the lord, our God and King
Thank you for the Cross
Living hope
My Lighthouse
There are the usual light refreshments after the service so we'd love to see you thanking God with us.

On Wednesday evening this week, as part of Hathern's Big Week, we are holding our Praise in the Park with Hathern Baptist Church at 7:30pm, followed by refreshments and fellowship. As the name suggests, it's in Hathern Park, in the big marquee.

It's the usual lively evening of worship through song and hymns, old and new. Our friend Revd Emily Sharman is going to be talking and leading our prayers.

Our June Praise evening, on Wednesday 24th June, reverts to Hathern Church as usual.

On Wednesday evening this week (22nd April) it's our Easter Praise Evening at 7:30pm. Lots of lively Easter songs to sing, some thoughtful ones, amongst which:

Jesus is alive
He has risen
I serve a risen Saviour
Thine be the glory
Sometimes I wonder
Easter Jubilation

There's a light bite and fellowship afterwards. Why not give it a go?? We'd love to see you there.
