This is "East" (Lossiemouth) - the former St. James' Church; "West" is the former Duffus Church.

Lossiemouth Church of Scotland will continue as Laich of Moray Church of Scotland following the Union with Duffus, Spynie and Hopeman from 01 February 2026, which was celebrated in the Service of Union on 15 February 2026. We're still sorting things out but here's Chris and Becki (ex-DSH) with some thoughts on the Union, accompanied by some video of the Service of Union.

We become part of “Laich of Moray Parish Church” from 01 February 2026, as the Parishes of Lossiemouth and Duffus, Spynie and Hopeman unite. There will be a Service of Union in Lossiemouth (St James' Church building) at 3pm on Sunday 15 February 2026 to which all are welcome.

On 01 February 2026 Lossiemouth Church of Scotland unites with neighbouring Duffus Spynie and Hopeman to become Laich of Moray Parish Church.
