A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came to support our Coffee Morning and Bake Sale for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre yesterday.

I am thrilled to say that we raised an incredible £526.70 🥳

Every contribution helps fund cutting-edge treatment, care and research at a facility that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.

☕️ Coffee, cake & a good cause! 🍰

Come along to our Coffee Morning in aid of Mount Vernon Cancer Centre on Sunday 6 September, 11am–12 noon at All Saints Church Hall, Long Lane, Hillingdon.

There'll be plenty of delicious homemade cakes, refreshments and good company — all while helping to support the wonderful work of East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity ❤️

There is a QR code on the poster for anyone who can't attend, but would like to support the charity.

Lord, at the start of a new week, we bring before you the things that weigh upon our hearts.

You know the worries we have not spoken aloud - and the burdens that we carry quietly.

Give us the courage to place these things into your hands - knowing that we do not face them alone.

Teach us to stop, to breathe, to notice the beauty around us, and to recognise you in the ordinary moments of our lives 🙏

Heavenly Father, on our Dedication Festival we give you thanks for this church: for all who had the vision, faith and determination to build it, and for every generation that has worshipped within these walls. We thank you for the countless prayers that have been offered here, the lives that have been transformed by your love, and the community that continues to gather in your name.

May this church continue to be a place where people encounter your presence for many generations to come 🙏
