Everybody wants impartation.
Few people want process.

“People want Positions, Privileges and Platforms without wanting to go through the process”
But there are some things you cannot receive simply by the laying on of hands.
You can’t lay hands on someone and make them a doctor.
What you see as a medical degree represents years of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, examinations, long nights and disciplined study.
Grace helped me through the process.
Grace did not exempt me from the process.
And it is the same in ministry, business, leadership and life.
We live in a generation that loves the appearance of achievement without the apprenticeship that produces it. We want the platform without the preparation. The oil without the crushing. The influence without the discipline. The results without the repetitions.
Sometimes you’re not waiting for God.
God is waiting for you to take the class.
Read the book.
Learn the skill.
Serve faithfully.
Show up consistently.
Submit to training.
Do the work.
Impartation can accelerate you, but it should never become an excuse to avoid preparation.
Don’t just pray for the next level.
Grow through the process required to carry it.
