Pastor Errol Lloyd Dobbs is the Senior Pastor and Founder of City of hope Church NLCCI London. The church was birthed out of a love for souls and a vision to offer the people of God reassurance and hope. Pastor dobbs is a father, grandfather, a mentor and an international speaker who specializes in teaching on character development, personality temper

ament and church governance. He also has exceptional strengths in leadership and the development of church structure. He has been trained by one of the UK's leading companies in management and has vast ministeral experience in many aspects which spans over 20 years. He also sits on the Executive Board of NLCCI and has sat on many church boards in his 20 years of service to God. His dynamic personality is endeavouring and uplifting to many and he enjoys the challenge of serving God's people in the many areas of Ministry in which he undertakes.
