Last Sunday, our children had a wonderful time learning about Pentecost and the coming of the Holy Spirit as part of the lesson-series about the Holy Spirit. Through the story in Acts 2, they discovered how the Holy Spirit empowers us to share Jesus with others and gives us special gifts to serve God. To bring the lesson to life, they created beautiful crafts symbolizing the tongues of fire that rested on the disciples, reminding us that God’s Spirit is always with us. It was a joyful and creative time of learning, and we pray the children continue to grow in faith and confidence through the Holy Spirit!
