Life can sometimes feel like one test after another. In those moments, it’s easy to feel exhausted, or to wonder why challenges and suffering exist at all.

In Zodiac’s address “Tests”, however, we’re reminded of something profoundly comforting: our uphill struggles are not proof that God has abandoned us.

Quite the opposite.

Zodiac says that during our darkest battles, we are “held in a most marvellous way” by the love of Christ and by those in the Spirit who walk beside us unseen.

Even when we feel weak, bitter, or broken, the Christ within continues “entreating, beseeching, urging” us gently towards hope and light.

Zodiac adds:

“Literally and actually, you are held by Christ.”

Never judged, or cast aside. Held.

The address also warns us never to look coldly upon the suffering of others or assume their pain is some sort of punishment. Instead, we are encouraged to respond with compassion, understanding, and humility.

Zodiac describes life as a series of circles drawing us ever closer to God at the centre. Every sorrow, every endurance, every lesson (even the repeated ones) slowly brings the soul nearer to the Light.

And the final blessing is wonderfully simple:

“Love and Trust.”

Perhaps those two words are enough to carry us through even the hardest of days?

This month's Zodiac Message is now available to read on The Greater World’s website. The theme of the address is how we all belong to the great brother and sisterhood under The Christ. Whatever our beliefs, whatever our opinions, we are kin to humanity and humanity is kin to us.

In your world "Brotherhood" is considered as that great fraternity which is used, or was meant to be used, as a protecting cloak for all times of trouble, stress or common danger. Very few have been able to reach more than a proportion of the ideal which they set out to be their aim and purpose. If....

The resurrection was never meant to be remembered once a year and then set aside. It was a doorway into a relationship that continues today.

Because the Living Christ dwells within each one of us here and now. He is present in the quiet strength that carries us through difficulties. He is present in the voice within that guides us toward what is right. And He is present in every act of love, every moment of courage, and every step taken in faith.

When life feels uncertain, when the weight feels heavy, let’s remember:

We never walk alone.

So, let’s not just celebrate the resurrection once a year. Let’s live it, day by day, by allowing Christ’s Prescence to guide, strengthen and transform us. Because Easter doesn’t end on Sunday… it continues every day.

In his address titled “The Overcoming of Fear” Zodiac says: “When you come face to face with fear, you have got to meet it and not turn from it. You have got to strip yourself of "self" and leave it in the Hands of God.

There has never been anyone yet who has left it to God who hasn't found it wonderfully well in His Hands, and the joy that comes after is just a little indication of the joy which is being built up all around them - those who have striven and failed and yet striven again and again.

This then should be your watchword, that: 'Though I fail a thousand, thousand times, yet will I try again.' And in that trying, God shall send His helpers, His strongest guard, and in the end, you shall find yourself not in a dark and lonely forest, but home - home, safe and sound.

My children, we must all grow, and it must appeal to your common sense that the process of growth is painful. With those who suffer no growing pains, it is the worst sign of all - it simply means that they have hardly begun to climb at all. Now none of you would wish to be like that.”

It’s easy to get caught up in the noise of everyday life.

And before we know it, we feel overwhelmed… and we forget what we already know.

We forget that we are not alone.

With God in our corner, we have access to a strength far greater than our own; a strength that carries us, steadies us, and lifts us beyond what we thought possible.

But we must allow God’s Power in… by pausing, praying, and reconnecting.

In that stillness, His presence becomes clear again.

And what once felt impossible begins to become visible in our lives.

So today, let’s take a moment to reconnect and let God lead us forward.

Many people believe that when we pass over, all activity ends and we simply “rest in peace.”

But, as Zodiac explains in many of his addresses, those who are active, driven and devoted to serving God on earth don’t suddenly lose that nature.

It wouldn’t make sense for everything we’ve become; our character, our discipline and our desire to serve to be switched off in an instant.

Nothing is wasted in God’s plan. Every effort and every sacrifice are all preparation.

Life beyond this one is not idleness, it is meaningful work. It is growth, effort, and contribution but without the heaviness – and frustration – we often feel here because, in the world of spirit, we see the results. The strain is gone, the weariness fades and what remains is a deep sense of joy and peace in what we are doing and why we are doing it.

So, when we pass over, the truth is not that we “rest in peace” but that we “work in peace”.

And every step we take now is preparing us for that greater purpose.

During his address titled “The Physical Will”, Zodiac says:

“Let nothing come between you and God. Evil seeks to disguise itself in the ordinary details of everyday life. So, frame your lives so that God comes first, and then I promise, in His Name, that all the rest will fit in without effort or worry on your part.”

He concludes his address with these words of comfort:

“Light after darkness, calm after storm, rest after weariness and God over all.”

In his address titled “The Physical Will,” Zodiac speaks of something so sacred that he admits words can never satisfy. Yet he feels compelled to try again and again to help us change our understanding of God.

He urges us to throw off forever the torturous, even blasphemous ideas of judgment, punishment and vengeance. These, he says, are not the truth of our Heavenly Father.

When we think of God, only one word is possible:

Love.

And then to magnify that Love… and magnify it again… and continue doing so for as long as physical life lasts… and on through eternity.

Even then, we would only reach the outer fringe.

The Love of God is ungraspable and beyond the comprehension of anyone in this world or the next. Even those beyond physical life — in the world of spirit — cannot understand it fully.

But it is there in all its grandeur, magnitude and limitless power.

And if we ask how such Love can be known at all, we need only look to the life of Jesus, the Christ. In Him, the Love of our Heavenly Father takes visible form.

In His compassion, forgiveness and patience, we see — as closely as humanity can see — what infinite Love looks like when lived among us.

Through His life and example, we are given the nearest approach to understanding what otherwise cannot be grasped.

And to learn that God only wishes us to give back what is His due: the love of our hearts.

In his address Unseen Warfare, Zodiac warns of something many of us can easily overlook.

Most people recognise two pathways in life:

One is clearly material and driven by status, comfort and personal ambition.

The other is a spiritual pathway as demonstrated in the life of Jesus, the Christ.

But there is a third middle pathway that is neither one nor the other. It sounds reasonable. It feels gentle and harmless. Yet its whole purpose is to distract us, dilute our conviction, soften our obedience, and quietly draw our heart away from trust in God.

The “third way” often arrives as compromise. It’s the subtle voice that says, “This is close enough.” It’s the friendly suggestion that eases effort and lowers the standard just slightly. It’s turning a blind eye when we ought to be at our most vigilant.

But we cannot bend the truth to suit ourselves. The Spirit within us longs only for what is of God. When we settle for less, we feel it as restlessness, dissatisfaction and a subtle weariness of soul.

That discomfort is our protection. We are being lovingly put on our guard by the living Christ within.

There is no middle ground between light and shadow. No safe detour that leads home. When we strip away what weighs our soul down, the strength comes.

And so does the Light.

That’s when we know with absolute certainty where we stand and which direction we are headed. And home is in sight.

Let us choose the path that is wholly of God. Nothing less.

These words, drawn from the teachings of Zodiac, remind us of a profound spiritual truth: love for God is not proven in isolation but in action.

It is easy to speak of devotion and to feel inspired in moments of prayer or reflection. But true love of God does not end in thought or feeling, it expresses itself through loving service.

Zodiac teaches that it is impossible to divide the service of man from the glory of God.

When we lift and comfort another, we honour the Divine. When we show compassion, we reveal God’s presence. When we act with kindness, integrity, and generosity, we are following the pathway demonstrated by our loving Saviour, Jesus the Christ Himself.
