God's House of Prayer

God's House of Prayer G H O P
God’s House of prayer is a ministry of prophetic prayer, praise, worship and powerful exposition of God's words. We prepare the way of the Lord.

God’s House of prayer is a ministry of prophetic prayer, praise and worship. We are a ministry called to raise up God’s end time army of saints and follow the instructions of our Lord Jesus in Luke 21:36 “watch ye therefore, and pray always” . We are crying out for God to awaken the Watchmen throughout our city of London and across the world. As Isaiah 56:7 states “ for mine house shall be called

a house of prayer for all people” , God’s House of prayer is set on fulfilling God’s end time mandate by providing a place for believers to gather together and seek the face of the Lord in supplication and worship. Through worship, prayer and fasting we seek to grow in the grace and knowledge of the truth of God’s word and prepare ourselves and others for the return of our Lord and King – Jesus Christ.

Prayer must be our lifeline
We have five fingers that can stand because of our arm. The arm that holds us up as Christians is our prayers. It is very important that we make prayer our life line. We must let God be the first person we talk to. God should be first in everything that we do. When something happens out of control, we must pray unto God straight away. We must not look at our situations with no hope because with faith, God can make all things happen. Just like we need milk to feed and grow, we need prayer to grow our spirit. We must know how to apply the word of God. We need to believe that God can do all things, he has shown himself manifest. God dwells in our souls. God does not need our money but he uses it to test us to see if we will be obedient to his word. God knows our needs, giving tithe supports ministries. We can never give God too much. When we give, things will come unto us.

Philippians 4:6-7New King James Version (NKJV)
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Acts 6:1-4New King James Version (NKJV)
Seven Chosen to Serve
6 Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint against the Hebrews by the Hellenists,[a] because their widows were neglected in the daily distribution. 2 Then the twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, “It is not desirable that we should leave the word of God and serve tables. 3 Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business;4 but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”

28th Feburary 2016 Message :
Confess Christ before man
Bible base scripture: Luke 12:8-9
Luke 12:8-9New King James Version (NKJV)
Confess Christ Before Men
8 “Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God. 9 But he who denies Me before men will be denied before the angels of God.

Revelation 3:5New King James Version (NKJV)
5 He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

Daniel 3:14-18New King James Version (NKJV)
14 Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying to them, “Is it true, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, that you do not serve my gods or worship the gold image which I have set up? 15 Now if you are ready at the time you hear the sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyre, and psaltery, in symphony with all kinds of music, and you fall down and worship the image which I have made, good! But if you do not worship, you shall be cast immediately into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. And who is the god who will deliver you from my hands?”
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. 17 If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. 18 But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”
Matthew 26:69-75New King James Version (NKJV)
Peter Denies Jesus, and Weeps Bitterly
69 Now Peter sat outside in the courtyard. And a servant girl came to him, saying, “You also were with Jesus of Galilee.”
70 But he denied it before them all, saying, “I do not know what you are saying.”
71 And when he had gone out to the gateway, another girl saw him and said to those who were there, “This fellow also was with Jesus of Nazareth.”
72 But again he denied with an oath, “I do not know the Man!”
73 And a little later those who stood by came up and said to Peter, “Surely you also are one of them, for your speech betrays you.”
74 Then he began to curse and swear, saying, “I do not know the Man!”
Immediately a rooster crowed. 75 And Peter remembered the word of Jesus who had said to him, “Before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” So he went out and wept bitterly.

Preaching
Jesus says he is the son of man just like we are as men on Earth but despite all Jesus Christ went through; he still keeps his faith strong. We must stick to our faith and be bold for what we believe in. By confessing God amongst people, Jesus will confess us to God that we are his loyal servants. We should never deny Christ no matter what circumstances. If we can do days without praising or praying to God, then we are spiritually dead. Pastors have to raise people up as their spiritual children. God allows us to be in good positions to be able to proclaim God as our Saviour. Being able to overcome the fear of being alone means you are doing God proud. By being to overcome temptation, God can find favour in us and our names will not be blotted from the lambs’ book of life. Shadrach Meshach Abednego are the three friends who believed in Christ did not deny his name despite the king ordering for them to be killed. The three friends were not fearful, they stood by Christ and still professed Christ’s name. You should not be intimidated to call out Christ. You should be able to freely say that we know God. We should not go back to the denial stage, by sinning we are denying him and accepting the devil. God can restore us. Jesus is available for us to call up upon. Jesus wants us to know that we truly love him and that we are restored to what the Lord has planned for us by accepting him in our hearts. In these days, staying loyal to Christ is harder and harder whereby being able to overcome temptations so we need to pray unto God regularly and by God’s grace we can improve.

We should value the relationships we have
Our relationships must be with God before anyone else. That is why in the Ten Commandments it says we must love God with all our soul. God shows his constant love towards us. We must not abolish the commandments but instead fulfil it. We must value our relationships with God and people. We do not enjoy benefits if we do not have God in our hearts. We must value God above ourselves. We can put Gods above the true God in our hearts. We cannot let our traditions become our gods above our true God. We must ask ourselves if our families or those above us our gods? We are robbing from God if we do not give our tithe and offering. Our heart is the battling ground. We must what we do for our actions can affect our generations. Thousands of our generations can be blessed if we work well with God but four generations can be cursed if we do not walk well with God. The Sabbath day must be kept Holy so we have a sacred day for worshipping the Lord. Obeying our parents is important, going against our parents means that you are limiting your life because you are going against God’s commandments. We should not kill, we can kill by our tongues or by weaponry, and it is wrong ending somebody’s life. We must not take from people which are not ours. We should not bare false witness. We should not covet somebody else’s partner, we should be satisfied by the partners that we have. Our love with people should start off with our families before outer people. We must value our relationships; we should build up memories with our partners, children and managers/bosses.
Exodus 20:1-17New King James Version (NKJV)
The Ten Commandments
20 And God spoke all these words, saying:
2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bo***ge.
3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
7 “You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labour and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, or your son, or your daughter, or your male servant, or your female servant, or your cattle, or your stranger who is within your gates.11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
12 “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
13 “You shall not murder.
14 “You shall not commit adultery.
15 “You shall not steal.
16 “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
17 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”

2016-02-07 Ark of the Lord
We are the temple; the Ark of the Lord should be in our souls flowing in us. We must let the Lord come through us. People who have the Ark of the Lord in their soul are blessed. If any ungodly hand touches the Ark of the Lord, they will die like Uzza. The enemies of God which were the philistines did not know what to do with the Ark of the Lord because it was too powerful, by the faith in God, our enemies cannot deal with us. We need the Lord to help us overcome against our enemies.

1 Chronicles 16:7-36New King James Version (NKJV)
David’s Song of Thanksgiving
7 On that day David first delivered this psalm into the hand of Asaph and his brethren, to thank the LORD:
8 Oh, give thanks to the LORD!
Call upon His name;
Make known His deeds among the peoples!
9 Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him;
Talk of all His wondrous works!
10 Glory in His holy name;
Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the LORD!
11 Seek the LORD and His strength;
Seek His face evermore!
12 Remember His marvellous works which He has done,
His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth,
13 O seed of Israel His servant,
You children of Jacob, His chosen ones!
14 He is the LORD our God;
His judgments are in all the earth.
15 Remember His covenant forever,
The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations,
16 The covenant which He made with Abraham,
And His oath to Isaac,
17 And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute,
To Israel for an everlasting covenant,
18 Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan
As the allotment of your inheritance,”
19 When you were few in number,
Indeed very few, and strangers in it.
20 When they went from one nation to another,
And from one kingdom to another people,
21 He permitted no man to do them wrong;
Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes,
22 Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones,
And do My prophets no harm.”[a]
23 Sing to the LORD, all the earth;
Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.
24 Declare His glory among the nations,
His wonders among all peoples.
25 For the LORD is great and greatly to be praised;
He is also to be feared above all gods.
26 For all the gods of the peoples are idols,
But the LORD made the heavens.
27 Honour and majesty are before Him;
Strength and gladness are in His place.
28 Give to the LORD, O families of the peoples,
Give to the LORD glory and strength.
29 Give to the LORD the glory due His name;
Bring an offering, and come before Him.
Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!
30 Tremble before Him, all the earth.
The world also is firmly established,
It shall not be moved.
31 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad;
And let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.”
32 Let the sea roar, and all its fullness;
Let the field rejoice, and all that is in it.
33 Then the trees of the woods shall rejoice before the LORD,
For He is coming to judge the earth.[b]
34 Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.[c]
35 And say, “Save us, O God of our salvation;
Gather us together, and deliver us from the Gentiles,
To give thanks to Your holy name,
To triumph in Your praise.”
36 Blessed be the LORD God of Israel
From everlasting to everlasting![d]
And all the people said, “Amen!” and praised the LORD.
Revelation 11:19New King James Version (NKJV)
19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant[a] was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.

Happy Late New Year from the GHOP team!!!
Today's preaching is "We must be found as a faithful steward"

Based on the Scripture "1 Corinthians 4:1-13".

Brief salmon/preaching/message

A steward is somebody who takes care of certain things for people also having accountability. We are given jobs to do as students or job workers and the people in leadership over us, like stewards we should have good accountability to whom has given us responsibility. Just like Jesus expects us to be Stewards, we cannot neglect what God has given unto us. God gives us our strength. When we get our money, it is very important that we put into account how much we should give to God.

For God so loved that he gave

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 14:15King James Version (KJV)

4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.

Matthew 22:37-39King James Version (KJV)
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Luke 16:13King James Version (KJV)
13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

1 Corinthians 16:22King James Version (KJV)
22 If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

Teaching

Everything was made by God. Everything was made through God. God loved and he gave. The way people see love is different from the way God sees love. Love = keeping God’s commandments. We must love God and one another. God loved and gave his Son. God freely gives us all we need. God promised us all things. We must love God with all our heart. On Valentine’s day, you must remember that is the day of God’s love to us and our love to God. Don’t let Valentine’s day just be focused on: your wife, husband,girlfriend or boyfriend or children. We are in a love contract with God, for us loving him, he will continually love us and our thousands of generations. By obeying and loving God, God can makes escape routes for you when there seems to be no way. Love those who hate you, even if close to you. Although in our hearts we think our enemies are our enemies. We must just pray for our haters in our hearts and not think biterlly of them. Anyone that hates the Lord is under a curse. Anathema Maranatha means cursed. We must walk with God as our love grows through following Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:17New King James Version (NKJV)

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Romans 6:6New King James Version (NKJV)

6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.

Ephesians 4:22New King James Version (NKJV)

22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,

Ephesians 5:8New King James Version (NKJV)

Walk in Light

8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light

Preaching

No matter how your past was, you can translate from darkness by accepting Christ as our father. We have new birth through Jesus. When becoming a new nature, you no longer are what you have been. By having the nature of God there could be times where you used to see homeless people or people living rough and you shake your head and look the other way but after being in christendom you start feeling sorry fot them and feel like you should help them. Sometimes people feel down in the dumps and really upset but when believing in Christ, you become like royalty. With a new nature we no longer are unrighteous. The old nature brings corruption. Your old beliefs and actions from the past must be stopped to show we are true followers of Jesus Christ and we are teachable by God's words. We must not be angry when we are in a new nature, that we have love and we forgive people. Our new nature asks for peace that we dwell with every man and every woman with a calm spirit. Your new nature should show you are a righteous and honest person who is also God fearing and law abiding person. When parents feed their children regurlarly, it is like we should feed our new nature. You don't put a ragged suit on just like you don't go back to your old ways. Don't let anyone bring you to things that are unrighteous. You must show you are in Christendom. If you stand for Christ you must stand for him 100%. You can't have one foot in Christendom and one step out of Christendom. God wants to use us for his wants for us. When we are saved Christ gives us the way, the truth and the life. Our old creation can not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Tythe

Matthew 13:3-9New King James Version (NKJV)

3 Then He spoke many things to them in parables, saying: “Behold, a sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and devoured them. 5 Some fell on stony places, where they did not have much earth; and they immediately sprang up because they had no depth of earth. 6 But when the sun was up they were scorched, and because they had no root they withered away. 7 And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up and choked them. 8 But others fell on good ground and yielded a crop: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 9 He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”

Proverbs 24:27New American Standard Bible (NASB)

27 Prepare your work outside
And make it ready for yourself in the field;
Afterwards, then, build your house.

Proverbs 21:5New American Standard Bible (NASB)

5 The plans of the diligent lead surely to advantage,
But everyone who is hasty comes surely to poverty

Luke 14:28-31New American Standard Bible (NASB)

28 For which one of you, when he wants to build a tower, does not first sit down and calculate the cost to see if he has enough to complete it? 29 Otherwise, when he has laid a foundation and is not able to finish, all who observe it begin to ridicule him,30 saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish.’ 31 Or what king, when he sets out to meet another king in battle, will not first sit down and consider whether he is strong enough with ten thousand men to encounter the one coming against him with twenty thousand?

2 Peter 1:10New American Standard Bible (NASB)

10 Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble;

Teaching

We should prepare our outside work. Ask unto God on your doings, what we want to do must be commited unto God. All our targets must be prayed upon, prepare yourself ready for your wants and needs. When preparing something, commit it to God always. Be willing to go the extra mile on things. This year we must be ready to provide and do what we have to do to survive. A lazy man is not a successful man, you must be ready to work hard and not to sit around and rest. We should count our costs, we must put God as top priority. We can't take the easy way around things. Never forget to put your thoughts
