St Michael & All Angels Church, Enfield We are a large, vibrant, very family friendly church which has served the local area for 150 years Every Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

We are pleased to see you, whether you are a visitor, a newcomer, or just seeing what we are like! And we welcome you in the name of Jesus Christ to our Church today

Parish Eucharist
Our main Worship of the week. A full, modern language sung Eucharist, with hymns and sermon. An active Junior Church (called ‘Sunday Clubs’ and which are age-appropriate) goes out from the service after the Collect i

nto the halls for their own teaching and activities - rejoining the adults at the moment of Communion. On festivals this service takes the form of an all-age Eucharist, when often our Rainbows, Brownies and Guide Units parade. After the service we meet in the hall for coffee, tea, juice and biscuits and a time of fellowship and catching up with each other. Evening Service
This informal service is an oasis of peace and calm at the end of the day. It take a number of different forms, geared to the season and to the moment. Every Sunday at 6:00 PM for ½ hour

Wednesday Eucharist
Eucharist (BCP) A shorter said Eucharist following the Book of Common Prayer, without hymns or sermon - followed by a half-hour of coffee, biscuits (usually chocolate!) and fellowship
Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for ½ hour

We are in the process of carrying out some important tree work at the Church Halls but a car was left in the car park this morning very close to where the work needs to be done. If anyone recognises this car we would appreciate it being moved to prevent any damage. The car was left here this morning and has no valid tax or MOT. Thank you.

Very occasionally on a Saturday - I happen to catch Robert playing the organ in preparation for our Sunday Morning Eucharist. He's an amazing organist and person and we are very grateful to have him. Robert faithfully supports Daniel our Director of Music amd our choir - also very committed and equally amazing. We thank God for their ministry to St Michael's Church. If you would like to join our choir please get in touch. You do not have to be a member to join, just someone who has a gift they would like to share. If you are already a member of our congregation or attend church regularly, please speak to Daniel or Robert about joining the choir. Your involvement can be regular or occasional.

Good morning,
If you have placed one of these prayer cards on our prayer board; you, your loved one or your situation - was prayed for today in Church. Jesus said these very encouraging and hopeful words in the Gospel of Matthew: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
