The committee has released two clips (see links below) which shows the brother praying his sunnah at the beginning and being told by the committee that he cannot pray and a second clip near the end of when the brother eventually pushes back.

They completely cut out the middle when a committee member (Naveed Aziz) repeatedly assaults the brother - part of this is covered by the video we posted yesterday (see below).

The committee pushed a brother on the day of Eid after he finished his sunnah. He refused to let him join the jamaat and they even missed it themselves.

In the video, one of the committee members Naveed Aziz can be heard saying: "You can't pray here, you cannot pray...I cannot give you permission"

They called the Police and told them the brother was banned. When asked for proof they provided a letter they had written themselves. The Police rejected that and asked for a legal document from the County Court or High Court. As the committee didn't have that, the Police concluded that the brother was NOT banned so could not remove him.

£22,000 TAKEN FROM THE POOR & NOT RETURNED FOR OVER 2 YEARS

In March 2019, the committee took £22,000 from sadaqa you and I gave for the poor because they were short of funds. It was meant to be for a few months but over 2 years have passed and they have still not returned it

This money belongs to the poor and needy and should never have been taken in the first place

Some of you requested more information about the £170,000 wasted by the committee on solicitors and security.
Please see below copies of:

* Cost statements provided to the High Court by the committee's solicitor for 4 of the 5 hearings
* Letter & cheque from the committee after losing their appeal in January this year
* Financial accounts showing security costs until March 2019 (security continued into April/May)

The cost of the first hearing in February 2019 is an estimate based on on the specialist barrister they hired from Wilberforce Chambers (Jonathan Chew) and the 248 page bundle of documents prepared by their solicitor.
