Calling is not enough. I know that sounds harsh — so let me explain. 👇

Calling is holy. Calling matters. Calling may be from God.

But calling alone does not tell you what to do next Tuesday.

Calling alone doesn't create your message. Calling alone doesn't know how to invite people. Calling alone doesn't build a pilot. Calling alone doesn't give you a 90-day plan.

This is why so many people feel guilty. They think: if God called me and I haven't moved — maybe I'm rebellious. Maybe I'm lazy. Maybe God changed his mind.

No.

You just don't have a pathway. That's not rebellion. That's not laziness. You need a pathway.

Romans 8:19 says creation is waiting in EAGER anticipation for the children of God to be revealed. 🙌

Not celebrities. Not perfect people. Not people with huge platforms or polished brands.

The children of God. Sons and daughters. People who know who they are in him. That means YOU.

There is wisdom you carry. A burden. A gift. A story, a solution, an assignment — a piece of heaven that is meant to move through your life into the world.

If you're still alive, there is something God wants to reveal through you.

The question isn't "what can I do?" The question is: why are you on the planet?

I was standing by the Thames in Kingston this week and I found myself asking: what is creation actually crying for right now? 🙏

Romans 8:19 says creation is waiting in eager anticipation for the sons and daughters to be revealed.

Not hidden. Not buried. Not endlessly processing. Not permanently waiting.

Revealed.

I've been discipling people for years. Almost every person I meet has something extraordinary in them — a burden, a gift, a dream, an idea, a compassion built out of pain. Something God put there that the world genuinely needs.

But they're circling it. Waiting for the right time. Waiting to feel ready. Waiting for permission.

Creation is not neutral. It's groaning. Families need healing. Young people need fathers. The marketplace needs kingdom people. Your corner of the world is waiting.

So let me ask you directly: what is it you keep coming back to?

4 questions that will help you find what God has placed in you 👇

1️⃣ What gives you life?
What do you keep coming back to? What conversations energize you? What problems make you lean forward?

2️⃣ What has God gifted you to do?
What comes naturally? What have others consistently affirmed? Where do people come to you — for wisdom, prayer, creativity, encouragement?

3️⃣ What does the world need?
What breaks your heart? What makes you angry in a holy way? What pain do you understand because you've walked through it?

4️⃣ What could become sustainable?
A business, ministry, course, group, book, podcast, community, mentoring offer?

Write 10 answers under each heading. Don't make them perfect — just get the raw material out.

Then write: "I feel called to help ___ through ___ so that ___"

That sentence is your starting point.

Courage is not the absence of fear. 🙌

Courage is obedience WITH fear present.

You may need to message someone.
You may need to say publicly: I'm starting this.
You may need to invite people.
You may need to test an idea.
You may need to ask for help.
You may need to risk being misunderstood.
You may need to let people see the unfinished version.

All of that is terrifying.
And all of that is necessary.

Do not wait until fear disappears.
Do not wait until the plan is perfect.
Do not wait until someone gives you permission.

Creation waits in eager anticipation for the children of God to be REVEALED.

You are to be revealed.
