Whilst in El Salvador I have had a great time speaking, learning and having fun with a part of the CIEMAL youth confrence. This involved young people from different parts of Latin America sharing some of their culture, challenges and joys! And I got to share a bit about the youth of the Methodist Church in Britain too!

I had such an amazing time starting off my trip to El Salvador. I met so many wonderful people from around the world at the World Methodist Council. We had many important conversations about justice, peace and joy. We also had opportunity to see some of El Salvador including churches historical sites and a trip to see a volcano !

What an amazing weekend with the 3Generate Reps !!

It was a weekend filled with fun, learning, devotions, friendships, and a lot of sweating!!
We learned how to listen well, planned some 3gen sessions and made some content to respond to conference!!
I'm going to miss this when I finish my term!!

What an amazing visit to North West England.
I started my visit with a trip up north in a lovely church in Sedbergh for a Youth Service with over 45 young people!! It was an amazing night with great conversations and some of the youth sold their crafts and raised £40 for Christian Aid. The weekend then turned to a beautiful church in Fornby where I was able to join the local Sunday School and met some amazing young people. (Prayers for one of whom is currently on their DofE Expedition)
After that we went to Preston to visit a youth group where we made Pizza, had lovely conversations and played 'Human Battleships'
Our evening was filled with laughter and many conversations about Planes and various music artists at an amazing group in Leyland.
Monday took us to a Church School in Buckshaw Village where we led an Assembly and then got to meet a wonder group of students who were part of the worship group. It was truly a pleasure to meet them.
Monday lunchtime I found myself back in Fornby at a wonderful prayer centre. I was incredibly lucky to join the Youth Workers' 24 hour retreat. We had prayerful time at the beach (and a little paddle) and spent some lovely time in community reflecting on the 3rd appearance of Jesus after his ressurection.
On Tuesday after our farewells and a lovely lunch I went to a Drop in Youth Cafe in Bolton where I met some students from the schools nearby.
Overall I had the most wonderful time with the NWE district and met so many incredible young people. Thank you for having me!!

Join us in a prayer for all those sitting exams and deadlines, shared by Genesis Padgett, Methodist Youth President 🙏

Father God,
We pray today for those who are taking their SAT's, GCSE's, A-Levels, University Exams or any other exams that may be causing stress or pressure.

Lord we ask you to help them remember what they have learned and to do the best they can, with the understanding that they are perfect in your eyes.

Lord we pray too for teachers, parents, carers, and friends - that they can be full of love and care, to support our young people, and we pray that they too can have calm minds when they feel overwhelmed.

And for those who are anxious, or fearful for their future, we pray bring peace and love. May every young person know that one exam never defines their future, or their potential.

Father God give everyone the knowledge that you go with us always.

Amplify 2026!!! What an amazing weekend it has been! Some of our youth reps came too!! Marvelous, Destiny, Iona and Lewis. This weekend has been so fun with lots of activities and young people really willing to engage and learn. I wish I could come back next weekend!!
