9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

MESSAGE

The simple and expected response to the thought-provoking question in today’s topic is “no”. in practice however, this may not be the case. It is true that the people of this world can be terribly wicked, so much so that one may find it difficult to let go when the opportunity presents itself to pay them back in their own coin. Nevertheless, this is contrary to the nature of God that we bear as Christians. Speaking to us about this in Romans 12:19, the Holy Spirit says:

“Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”

1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

MESSAGE

The Lord's decision to make us His witnesses is a divine set up for blessings, just like when He asks us to give to Him, in spite of the fact that He owns everything (Psalm 50:9-11). In the same vein, the Lord does not need our publicity, just as the sun does not need to be announced. When the sun rises in the east, it is seen as far away as the west, and we know Jesus is the Sun of Righteousness (Malachi 4:2). It is an honour to be a witness of the Sun of Righteousness, because by virtue of this status, the world will see the grace

1. Father, I thank You for your mercy and Grace which made it possible for me to see this brand new day; I thank You for the miracle of sleeping and waking up and for sustenance.

 We come against Cancer, High BP, Diabetes, hepatitis and other diseases in our nations, this year in Jesus name.
 Father! Let everyone afflicted by any of these diseases be healed in Jesus' name.
 Let the blood of Jesus cleanse us from all sins and diseases.
 We receive grace afresh to walk in holiness; the way of sound health. Exo 15:26
 Father anoint me afresh/specially to heal the sick (Mk 16:17)
 We declare health, comfort and strength to every sick person in the hospitals and homes in Jesus' name!
